Staying in the Charlotte Suite was such a treat! The room was huge, clean, and comfy, offering a luxurious experience. The service from the historic downtown staff was exceptional, making my stay unforgettable. The location of the hotel, close to the downtown area and within walking distance of local attractions, was perfect for exploring. The dining experience in the beautiful old building with incredible breakfasts exceeded my expectations. A truly wonderful stay with great value for money.
